Installation Guidelines:
Ensure base unit is mounted horizontally (±2° tolerance) using M5 mounting screws.
Apply thread sealant (PTFE tape recommended) on port connections.
Perform air tightness test at 0.6 MPa for 3 minutes before full operation.
Maintain 50mm clearance below base for manifold access.
