The AirTAC ACQJ32X10-10S is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an external threaded stop that limits the extend stroke. You can fine-tune the extend end position on the machine without changing parts. The usable extend range is 0-10 mm (the 10 mm full stroke minus up to 10 mm). The retract stroke remains unaffected.
Because the piston area is unchanged, the force is identical to a standard ACQ of this bore. The push force is 402.1 N at 0.5 MPa and 562.9 N at 0.7 MPa. It features a fixed NBR elastomer bumper at each end and an M12x1.25 external adjuster thread. The built-in piston magnet works with reed or electronic solid-state switches.
