Engineered for precision positioning in copper-sensitive environments, this ISO-standard cylinder features 5-stage anodized treatment and chromium-plated piston rod (10μm thickness). The multi-point mechanical locking system allows stable intermediate stops with 4 pre-set positions (adjustable via locking collar). Includes wear indicator grooves and anti-rotation guide for vertical/horizontal operation.

Installation note:
Requires periodic lubrication (ISO VG32 equivalent oil). Avoid side load exceeding 15N.
For vertical mounting, use counterbalance valve (sold separately). Locking mechanism
engages at 0.3 MPa minimum pressure. Annual seal replacement recommended in high-cycle
applications (＞500,000 cycles/yr).

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
