The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300C15C1WTK Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15C1WTK is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT1/2 and carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain, and a fitted reverse (check) valve (code K). Regulation is the standard type, adjustable 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate (PC), the C1 code adds an external round gauge reading in MPa, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, offered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order), and with or without bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the clamps, tool-changer cylinders and chip-clearing jets of a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting fine control valves from particulate carryover.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the diverter gates, stopper cylinders and pusher actuators along a bottling or carton packaging conveyor, holding a stable setpoint as line demand fluctuates.
Conditioning the air at workstation drops on an assembly line so impact drivers, air cylinders and fixtures each receive water- and particulate-filtered air at the pressure the station was set up for.
The real choices within GFR300 are the port step (size 300 covers 3/8 and 1/2 in; step up to 400 or 600 where the flow curve demands it), the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual - note the manual-drain version widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi)), the element grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W), the gauge (embedded square as standard, external round optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales), and the thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options). A bracket is included on this unit.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow curve and full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
W is the 5 um filter element option; the GFR standard element is 40 um. The finer grade suits applications where downstream valves and instruments need extra protection from particulates. This unit also carries a differential-pressure drain, an external round gauge with MPa scale (code C1), and a fitted check valve (code K).
