The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C20LF2K Filter Regulator 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LF2K is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This 600-size configuration carries a 3/4 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. It ships as coded with an embedded square gauge reading in psi and a reverse (check) valve fitted, and the aluminium alloy bowl used at size 600. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 through 600 with stepped ports, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options alongside the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated low-pressure air to the workpiece clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the check valve holding the clamp circuit if upstream supply dips.
Filtered, pressure-controlled air for the pushers, sealers and diverters along a carton packaging conveyor, where the 3/4 in port feeds a high-consumption drop.
Air preparation for the low-pressure actuation zones of a bottling or filling line, keeping water and particulates out of valves while the psi gauge gives operators a local reading.
Choose GFR600 when your line's required flow points to the largest frame and a 3/4 in connection: port steps run 1/8 in through 1 in across the family, so step up or down a size rather than throttling a smaller unit. This code fixes the low-pressure regulator type, the 40 um standard element, the differential-pressure drain, the square psi gauge and the fitted check valve; if you need finer filtration select the 5 um W variant, an automatic or manual drain where differential-pressure drainage does not suit the install, a different gauge scale, or G/NPT thread. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet for this exact model on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. It holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply drops, which is useful on clamping or holding circuits. This unit is also the low-pressure regulator type with a square psi gauge, a 40 um element, a differential-pressure drain and a 3/4 in PT port.
