The AirTAC GFR300C08LC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a G1/4 (1/4 in) port, the low-pressure regulator type, the finer 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a built-in check valve (code K), and the mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge style and scale, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds instruments, sensors and test rigs that need clean 5 um air held at a low, stable regulated pressure, with the psi gauge giving a direct local reading.
Sits ahead of sealing jaws and pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging line, filtering condensate and particles while the check valve helps hold the downstream setting.
Conditions the air feeding tool-clamp and actuator circuits on a machining centre, where fine 5 um filtration and low-pressure regulation protect sensitive components.
Choose the size and port by the air demand of the circuit: this is the size 300 with a G1/4 port; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. If your line runs at low regulated pressures, this low-pressure type is the right variant - confirm the exact adjustment range with us, since it is not published in the standard tables. The 5 um element (code W) suits instruments, valves and coating work; the 40 um standard element is enough for general actuation. The differential-pressure drain discharges condensate as the pressure drop across the element builds; automatic and manual drains are available on other codes. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the finer 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, and C2 selects the round external gauge with a psi scale. Both are catalogue options: the 40 um element and square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are available on other codes in the same series.
