The AirTAC GFR300C08LF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08LF1TK is a filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single 300-size body with a 1/4 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure type, so it is intended for circuits that run at reduced working pressure rather than full line pressure. It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, and a metal bowl. An embedded square gauge scaled in MPa is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly, a reverse (check) valve is fitted to hold the downstream setting when upstream supply is lost, and a mounting bracket is included for panel or wall fixing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, alternative gauge scales (psi or bar), an external round gauge, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a no-bracket variant. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and swing cylinders that must close gently at a reduced setpoint get filtered air and a stable regulated supply from one body, with the check valve holding the clamp setting if the upstream supply drops.
Baggers, carton sealers and wrap stations run air cylinders at moderate pressures; this 1/4 in low-pressure filter regulator conditions the supply, removes water and debris, and lets an operator read the setpoint on the MPa gauge.
Diverter gates and pusher cylinders on conveyor lines need clean, moisture-free air at a controlled reduced pressure; the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the valves without daily manual draining.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is 300 size with a 1/4 in NPT port; step up to 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow capacity, or down to 200 for compact circuits. Because this is the low-pressure type (code L), choose it where the working pressure is well below standard line pressure; the exact regulation range for the low-pressure variant is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us against your setpoint. Drain choice matters: the differential-pressure drain fitted here needs no operator attention, while automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drains are order options. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (code W) if finer particulate removal is required. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge can be ordered instead. NPT is specified on this code; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available. A bracket is included; a no-bracket version (code J) exists for the family. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the cylinders or tools you are feeding, and we will confirm the curve data and check the sizing against your application before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits whose working pressure is well below standard line pressure; the exact regulation range for this variant is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us against your setpoint. K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream pressure setting if the upstream supply is interrupted. Both are decode-level choices you make when ordering.
