The AirTAC GFR300C08LF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LF2T is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 300 unit carries a 1/4 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate away as air flows through, so no manual draining is needed in normal service. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and an embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set point can be read directly at the unit. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. The drain bowl is metal. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the range include manual or automatic drains, a finer 5 um element (code W), G (BSPP) or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, alternative gauge scales and types, and a reverse/check valve. Rated flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a paint-shop spray manifold, the low-pressure regulator holds atomizing air down at the gentle set points spray guns need, while the 40 um element keeps pipe scale and condensed water out of the finish.
Feeds pick-and-place grippers on a packaging conveyor where cylinders run at reduced pressure so cartons and film are handled without crushing; the fitted psi gauge lets an operator verify the set point at a glance.
Regulates clamp cylinders on a machining fixture to pressures low enough to seat finished aluminium parts without marking them, with the filter stage stopping water and rust from reaching the clamp seals.
Choose the size by port and flow demand: size 300 with a 1/4 in port suits circuits plumbed at 1/4 in, while stepping up to size 400 or 600 gives a larger port and more flow - we confirm the flow curve for each size on request. Drain options are differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). The standard element is 40 um; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate capture matters. The embedded square gauge on this unit reads in psi; MPa or bar scales, or an external round gauge, are the alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is orderable as a specification option. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the curve and the correct size from the datasheet on request.
The L code means the regulator is the low-pressure variant rather than the standard type. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published in our sheet, so we confirm it from the AirTAC datasheet on request. Maximum inlet pressure is still 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
