The AirTAC GFR300C08LF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LF2WG is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, removing water and particulate from compressed air and then holding the downstream pressure at your setting. This configuration has G1/4 (BSPP) ports, the optional 5 um filtration element instead of the 40 um standard, a differential-pressure drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. No reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or automatic drains, 40 or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate shop air down to the low pressure that carton-sealing cylinders and pick-and-place actuators on a packaging line run at, with 5 um filtration protecting the directional valve internals.
Supply a pneumatics test bench or lab fixture with clean, moisture-reduced air held at a low, stable setting, with the square gauge reading directly in psi for the bench operator.
Feed air knives or blow-off nozzles that clear dust and swarf from a conveyor line, removing water and 5 um particles upstream before the low-pressure setting is applied.
Start with size and port: 300 is the middle size, ordered here with G1/4 (BSPP) ports; step up to GFR400 for larger lines or down to GFR200 for smaller ones. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (the default, fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Pick the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection - this unit carries 5 um. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar; this one reads psi), the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and whether a bracket is needed (included here). The L in the code selects the low-pressure regulator type; its exact setting range is not published, so we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to check your pressure and air consumption against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
The W selects the optional 5 um filtration element instead of the 40 um standard, and the L selects the low-pressure regulator type, whose exact setting range is not published in the catalogue - we confirm it on request. This unit also has a differential-pressure drain, a square gauge reading in psi, G1/4 (BSPP) ports and a mounting bracket included.
