The AirTAC GFR300C08LJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08LJC2T is a size-300 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has 1/4 in NPT ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type for circuits that run below standard line pressure. It is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, ships without a mounting bracket, and has no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the polycarbonate bowl suits the size-300 frame.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge styles and scales, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a carton-sealing or wrapping line, cylinders and grippers run on air held below standard line pressure. This unit filters the supply and regulates it down in one body, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the machine.
Pneumatic clamps on a fixture or jig often need a gentler, closely held pressure than the shop main. Fed from the drop, this filter regulator cleans the air and sets the clamp circuit pressure, with the drain handling accumulated water.
At a paint or coating booth, the air to the application equipment is tapped off the main and conditioned locally. This unit drops the pressure to the level the job needs and strips water and particulate before the line, with the gauge showing the set point.
Start with size and port: the 300 frame with 1/4 in NPT ports sits mid-range in the GFR line, and the right size depends on the air demand of the circuit, which we confirm from the published flow curves rather than a single rating. Then set the options that matter: drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W for finer filtration), gauge style and scale (this unit carries a round gauge in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa/bar scales are alternatives), and thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are ordered options). Brackets are optional - this configuration omits one. Note the L code: this is the low-pressure regulator type, so if your circuit runs at standard line pressures, check with us first; the exact regulation range for the low-pressure type is confirmed on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the correct size and the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run below standard line pressure; its exact regulation range is confirmed on request. Pressure is adjusted at the regulator and read on the fitted round gauge, which on this unit is scaled in psi.
