The AirTAC GFR300C08LJC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LJC2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is decoded as a 1/4 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round gauge with a psi scale fitted, and a reverse/check valve fitted. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with PT as the standard thread and G and NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um filter element (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air at reduced pressure holds workpieces in soft-jig clamps without over-clamping, while the 40 um element keeps spindles of dirt out of the clamp cylinders.
The unit feeds pneumatic valve actuators that need a low set pressure, with the fitted check valve holding downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Water and particulate are knocked out before the gun and the regulator holds the low, stable pressure spray work needs, read directly on the fitted psi gauge.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports) against the air demand of your circuit; this unit is the size 300, 1/4 in NPT step. Where a bowl is fitted you can select differential-pressure drain (the default, best for steady flow), automatic drain (for unattended duty) or manual drain. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauge choice is the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT to order, and a bracket is optional. This is the low-pressure type (code L): its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so please confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this model on request before you order.
This unit is the low-pressure variant of the GFR300 regulator section, intended for circuits regulated well below standard line pressure. The exact regulation range for this low-pressure configuration is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request. The unit also carries a round psi gauge, a reverse/check valve, a differential-pressure drain and a 40 um element, with no mounting bracket.
