The AirTAC GFR300C08LJNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LJNT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 40 um element and regulates downstream pressure in the same body. This unit is the low-pressure type (L), piped for 1/4 in NPT, with a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate without manual intervention. No gauge is fitted (N) and no mounting bracket is included (J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C non-freezing, and the bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge type and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture that hold workpieces at set points below the standard regulator band - the L low-pressure variant is intended for exactly this kind of circuit.
Supplying air knives and blow-off nozzles on a bottling line, where a low, stable regulated pressure avoids damaging labels or product and the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the nozzles.
A combined filter and regulator feeding low-pressure actuators on a carton-sealing machine, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate in humid plant air without operator attention.
Choose the size by port and expected flow: this unit covers 1/4 in NPT piping, while larger sizes (400, 600) carry more flow at the same pressure drop. Decide the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. Gauges (round or square, with MPa, psi or bar scales), G or NPT thread instead of PT, and a mounting bracket are order options - this code omits the gauge and the bracket. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Send us your line pressure, required set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard version. The exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in our data sheet, so tell us the outlet pressure your circuit needs and we will confirm suitability with AirTAC before you order.
