The AirTAC GFR300C08MC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale, and the standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 300 the bowl is polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filter-regulated air to the clamping and ejector cylinders on an automotive stamping line, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from fine condensate and particulate.
Supplying treated air to the pneumatic actuators on a sample-handling skid, with the round MPa gauge giving a local setpoint readout for validation records.
Regulating air to diverter and gate cylinders on a bottling-line conveyor, with the manual drain suiting a line that is bled down at each shift change.
Size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port suits circuits plumbed at 1/4 in; step up to size 400 or 600 if flow demand grows - flow is published as curves, so send us your demand and we will confirm the right size before you order. Choose the 5 um element (this unit) where downstream equipment needs finer filtration than the 40 um standard. Choose a manual drain when someone is on site to bleed the bowl; automatic or differential-pressure drain versions suit unattended lines. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for your application before you order.
Manual drain means someone opens the bowl drain to expel collected water, which suits lines that are attended or shut down regularly. If the unit sits where nobody bleeds it, choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain version instead. The 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range quoted for this unit is the manual-drain range.
