The AirTAC GFR300C08MC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MC2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This unit is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, drains by hand through its metal bowl, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is built in and a mounting bracket is included. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulators come in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for G or NPT thread, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scale and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the film-sealing and clamp cylinders on a packaging line, with the manual drain bled down during end-of-shift checks.
Conditioning the shop-air feed that actuates tool clamps and part ejectors on a machining centre, holding a steady set pressure at the machine.
Supplying regulated air to the diverter and stopper gates on a distribution conveyor, where the check valve holds the circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Within the GFR300 family the real choices are: port size against the flow your line needs (this unit is 1/4 in NPT); drain type - manual here, with automatic and differential-pressure available; element grade - 40 um standard, 5 um with code W; gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar (this one reads psi); and PT, G or NPT thread. The regulation range on this manual-drain unit is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit drains by hand: open the bowl drain periodically to expel collected water, which suits lines that are checked as part of a daily routine. If the unit sits somewhere hard to reach, the automatic or differential-pressure drain options are worth considering - both are available in the same GFR300 series.
