The AirTAC GFR300C08MF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08MF3TK is a filter regulator: in one body it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual drain, a 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the GFR300 size class. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeds clamping cylinders and fixtures, keeping chips and condensed water out of the valves while holding a steady clamp pressure on every cycle.
Clean air at a stable setpoint drives the fold-and-tuck cylinders and solenoid valves of a case erector, with the manual drain used at shift checks to clear collected water.
Mounted on its bracket beside the manifold, the unit filters supply air and regulates it to the pilot pressure the positioners and control valves were specified for.
Step through the real choices: size (200/300/400/600) sets the port and the flow band you need - this unit is size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port. Drain type matters: this unit is manual drain, which allows a regulator setting from 0.05 MPa (7 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drain versions set from 0.15 MPa (20 psi), both up to 0.9 MPa (130 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard; choose 5 um (code W) for finer protection of downstream components. The embedded square gauge is standard (this unit scaled in bar) with an external round gauge optional in MPa, psi or bar. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is specified with NPT. At size 300 the bowl is polycarbonate (PC); size 600 uses aluminium alloy. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and required flow band and we will confirm the sizing data from the datasheet on request.
This configuration is ordered with a manual drain: open the drain valve periodically to release collected water. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the family; note the setting range differs - manual-drain units regulate 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure versions regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
