The AirTAC GFR300C08MLC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with NPT1/4 ports, a 5 um filtration element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the metal bowl, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and the low-pressure regulator type. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with a 40 um standard or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual draining, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and pressure setting for the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the 5 um element helping keep contaminants out of directional valves.
Clean, manually regulated air supply for spray guns and coating applicators, where the 5 um grade and a hand-set pressure give the operator direct control at the booth.
A low-pressure-type filter regulator for circuits that run below standard plant pressure - such as air tables, web tension stations or delicate clamping fixtures - where the setpoint must sit in the lower part of the scale.
The decodable choices on this family are: size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 inch) stepped against the air demand of the circuit; drain type - differential-pressure (default), automatic, or manual as fitted here, which you empty by hand; filter grade - 40 um standard or the 5 um element on this unit; gauge - embedded square as standard or an external round gauge as here, in MPa, psi or bar; thread - PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; and bracket, which is included on this unit. This is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet, and check this 300-size, NPT1/4 unit against your demand, before you order.
The metal bowl on this unit is drained by hand: you open the drain to expel collected water instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism. If you prefer unattended draining, the same GFR300 body can be ordered with an automatic drain - ask us for that variant.
