The AirTAC GFR300C08MLC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08MLC2WT is a GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the downstream pressure. This size 300 unit is configured with 1/4 in NPT ports, the 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and an external round gauge scaled in psi. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 or 5 um), gauge style and scale (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures and the datasheet for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeding solenoid-piloted diaphragm valves on a bottling line, where the pilot circuit needs clean air held below main-line pressure and the psi gauge gives a visible setpoint.
Supplying a 1/4 in pick-and-place gripper circuit on a cartoning machine, with 5 um filtration protecting valve and cylinder seals and the round gauge letting operators verify the setting at a glance.
A filtered, regulated air drop on a workshop test bench for leak and function checks, where the low-pressure regulator type and manual drain suit intermittent, supervised use.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range - 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in ports - so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than the port alone; we can check the curve against your application before you order. This unit already carries the choices that matter: 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain (select automatic or differential-pressure where hand draining is impractical), the low-pressure regulator type, and a round gauge in psi. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order. A bracket is included, and a no-bracket version (code J) exists for this family.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for the GFR300 at 1/4 in NPT on request.
The W code orders the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream seals and valves. The M code selects a manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by hand; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if the unit is mounted where hand draining is impractical.
