The AirTAC GFR300C08MLF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT1/4, Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLF2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 1/4 in (PT1/4) unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the size 300 frame with a manual drain bowl (polycarbonate on this size; the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl), the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type, so it suits circuits that run at a reduced regulated pressure rather than full line pressure. It includes the embedded square gauge scaled in psi and the mounting bracket; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the standard PT. AirTAC publishes flow for these units as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding pick-and-place cylinders and grippers on a packaging line, where the air is filtered and held at a reduced, stable pressure to protect the actuators and seals.
Supplying a bench used for leak and pressure checks, giving filtered air at a low regulated setpoint that can be dialled in and read directly on the psi gauge.
Running the air cylinders that divert, stop and gate product on a bottling or conveyor line, with the manual drain bowl emptied as part of routine line checks.
The real choices within the GFR family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in), which you set against the air demand of your line; the drain type (manual, as fitted here, or automatic or differential-pressure); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar, with an external round gauge optional); the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); and the bracket. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to check the curve data against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this PT1/4, size 300 unit before you order.
The bowl collects the water and particulate separated from the air, and on this configuration it is emptied by opening the drain by hand as part of routine maintenance. If you would rather not do that, the same family is available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for the equivalent code.
