The AirTAC GFR300C08MLF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLF2G is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration has a G1/4 (1/4 in) port, a 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl, a low-pressure regulator type, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element, gauge scale choices and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding grippers and small cylinders on a packaging line, with the embedded square psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the machine and the manual drain emptied during routine shift checks.
Supplying a low-pressure clamping or holding circuit on a machining fixture, where the low-pressure regulator type suits gentler settings than a standard unit and the 40 um element keeps scale and water out of the clamp cylinders.
Mounted at a workshop air drop serving hand-held pneumatic tools, removing condensate and particulate with the 40 um element and holding a steady supply pressure through the shift, with the metal bowl drained by the operator.
Step through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the duty your line needs; this unit is size 300 with a G1/4 port. Drain choice matters in service: a manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain to release condensate, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge without attention. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is required. Gauge scales are available in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the embedded square gauge in psi. The thread here is G, with PT as the standard and G/NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your pressure and flow requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your working pressure and required flow and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration has a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by opening the drain during checks. AirTAC also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains across the GFR family if you would rather not rely on operator attention.
