The AirTAC GFR300C08MLF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit has a 1/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain, a metal bowl and a low-pressure regulator fitted with an embedded square psi gauge. A reverse/check valve is fitted and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is ordered with your choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse/check valve. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, reduced-pressure air to the cylinders and air valves on a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct line-side pressure readout.
Supplying swing clamps and hold-down cylinders on a machining fixture where the workpiece needs a steady, moderate holding pressure rather than full line pressure.
Conditioning the air feeding grippers, pushers and stopper cylinders on a filling or bottling line, with the 5 um element protecting close-tolerance actuators from particulate carryover.
Size and port step up with demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your air consumption. Where a bowl is fitted you choose the drain: manual (this unit, simplest to service), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer air matters. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an external round gauge optional in MPa, psi or bar scales; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT to order; a bracket can be included or omitted (code J) and a reverse/check valve can be fitted (code K). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by hand at service intervals. It suits installations that are checked regularly; if the unit is mounted where it is hard to reach, order the automatic or differential-pressure drain variant instead.
