The AirTAC GFR300C08MLJC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLJC1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. AirTAC publishes flow for these units as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application and we will send the datasheet.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC fixture line running at reduced pressure, this unit filters incoming air to 40 um and holds the clamp circuit at the set pressure, with the round MPa gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the machine.
Bagging and carton-sealing machines that run low-pressure air cylinders get filtered and regulated supply from one compact body, and the manual drain lets maintenance purge collected condensate at shift start.
Test rigs and laboratory benches that need clean, low-pressure air for instruments can set the supply with the MPa gauge, filter out water and pipe scale at 40 um, and drain the bowl by hand after each session.
Pick the size step (200/300/400/600) and port against the air demand of your equipment - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow; this unit steps down to a 1/4 in NPT connection. Drain type matters: manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain at intervals, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The round gauge on this code reads in MPa; an embedded square gauge and psi or bar scales are the alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available to order. Brackets are optional and this code is ordered without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your supply pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This code carries a manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl until an operator opens the drain valve. If you want condensate removed without attention, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default. Filter grade can also be stepped from the standard 40 um to 5 um with the W code.
