The AirTAC GFR300C08MLJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a regulated downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built for a 1/4 in NPT line and carries a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and a metal bowl. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinder circuits of a cartoning or case-packing machine, where the low-pressure regulator type suits gentle box-handling motions and the manual drain fits a line with scheduled operator checks.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and workholding fixtures on a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting valve spools from water and particulate and a reverse (check) valve fitted on the air path.
Conditioning the air feed to spray guns in a paint or coating booth: the 5 um element removes water and particles that would spoil a finish, while the regulator sets the gun supply pressure at the point of use.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port, and larger sizes in the family move more air. The 5 um element suits points of use that need finer filtration than the 40 um standard. The manual drain means an operator drains the metal bowl periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains can be ordered instead. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa, with external round gauges and psi or bar scales as options. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT orderable, and no mounting bracket is included with this code. The low-pressure (L) type is the regulator variant for lower setting pressures; AirTAC does not publish its exact setting range, so we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your pressure and flow requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number we cannot verify. Send us your line pressure and the flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This unit has a manual drain: condensate that collects in the metal bowl is released by opening the drain by hand as part of routine checks. If you would rather not drain by hand, the GFR family can be ordered with an automatic drain or the differential-pressure drain instead.
