The AirTAC GFR300C08MLJF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLJF2G is an AirTAC GFR300 low-pressure filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with a 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure as a low-pressure type. This configuration has a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a manual drain for emptying the metal bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, no reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports and threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates air to clamping cylinders on a carton-sealing or case-packing line where the clamp circuit is specified to run at low pressure; the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the valve stack.
Sits at the drop of a finishing line's low-pressure blow-off and atomizing-air circuit, filtering condensate and particles from the supply and holding a stable low setting so operators do not chase pressure drift.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to the divert gates and stopper cylinders along a bottle conveyor, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled changeover and the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs - this unit sits at size 300 with a G1/4 port. Drain choice matters: manual drain (as here) means an operator opens the bowl drain, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for a 5 um element where finer filtration is required. Gauges can be square (embedded, as fitted here) or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be added if this no-bracket configuration needs panel support. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Tell us your port size and application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by opening the drain by hand, which suits lines with scheduled maintenance rounds; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other GFR codes. The low-pressure type designation means this regulator variant is built for low-pressure service - its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so we will confirm it from the datasheet on request.
