The AirTAC GFR300C08MLJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MLJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-300 configuration carries a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain so condensate is bled from the metal bowl by hand, and a built-in reverse/check valve. It is the low-pressure regulator type, it is supplied without a gauge and without a mounting bracket, and it connects through a 1/4 in NPT port. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for drain type, filter grade, gauge and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding actuator banks on a carton-forming or wrapping machine that runs at reduced supply pressure, where one body filters the air and holds the set pressure without a separate regulator.
Point-of-use conditioning for bench apparatus and pneumatic sample handlers that need finer 5 um filtration of water and particulates ahead of sensitive low-pressure tooling.
Air preparation for clamps and hold-downs on an assembly station, with the check valve helping the downstream circuit and the manual drain allowing a scheduled end-of-shift bleed.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port; larger sizes (400, 600) carry larger ports and more flow capacity, so step up if your line demands it. This example is already specified with the finer 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain instead of automatic or differential-pressure, and a reverse/check valve fitted. If you need a pressure readout, note that no gauge is fitted here - gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified on other configurations. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. No mounting bracket is included, so plan your panel or manifold fixing accordingly. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can honestly quote. Send us your line pressure and demanded flow and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request.
Condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, so the bowl should be bled as part of a routine schedule. If you would rather not do this, the GFR family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains on other configurations.
