The AirTAC GFR300C08MNT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/4, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MNT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point. This size-300 unit is threaded 1/4 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses a manual drain that you open periodically to empty collected condensate. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted on this variant, and no reverse/check valve is fitted; a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and is ordered with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale, thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the valve islands and cylinders of a carton-forming or wrapping machine, with the filter element catching water and pipe scale before they reach the directional valves.
Supplying the pneumatic stoppers, gates and pushers along a conveyor line, holding a steady set pressure so indexing strokes stay repeatable through the shift.
A point-of-use filter regulator at an assembly or repair bench, giving operators a locally adjusted supply for air tools, clamps and small actuators off the main header.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port, one step up from size 200 if your line needs more flow. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. On this variant the drain is manual, so plan a routine blow-down; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available elsewhere in the series if you want condensate handled without operator action. Filtration is the standard 40 um element - choose the 5 um (W) version if downstream equipment needs finer air. No gauge is fitted (code N); gauge and scale options exist in the series if you want a visual set point. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 1/4 in size-300 unit before you order.
The code M sets a manual drain: you open it periodically to purge collected water, whereas automatic and differential-pressure drains empty the bowl on their own. The code N means no pressure gauge is fitted; gauge options with different scales are available in the GFR series if you want a visible set point.
