The AirTAC GFR300C08NTK AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/4, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08NTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl empties only when the pressure differential is high enough - no separate drain line to plumb. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the unit accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, and it operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted; a reverse (check) valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge and scale options. Flow and other datasheet figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the cylinder-driven pushers and diverters on a bottling or carton-packing conveyor line.
Conditioning the supply to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or workholding clamp fixture in a small fabrication cell.
Preparing air at the point of use on a machine tool panel, where drills, clamps and blow-off guns tap the same 1/4 in line.
Step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow your line needs; this 300 size takes a 1/4 in port. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, which drains on a pressure differential), automatic (A) for unattended condensate removal, or manual (M) where you drain by hand. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is required. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A gauge can be specified - round or square, with MPa, psi or bar scale - but this unit is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your inlet pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
This unit is supplied without a gauge. GFR300 variants can be ordered with a round (C) or square (F) gauge on an MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3) scale. Regulation range for this differential-pressure-drain, standard type is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
