The AirTAC GFR300C15AC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15AC2T is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This configuration is threaded NPT1/2 (1/2 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and has an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without manual attention. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the fitted round gauge reads in psi so operators can set and monitor the working pressure at a glance. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed ahead of a pneumatic punch or forming press, it strips water and swarf from the shop air line and holds a steady set pressure to the press valve manifold so stroke force stays consistent through the shift.
Mounted at the drop point on a packaging or cartoning line, it delivers clean, regulated air to the conveyor stoppers, pushers and divert cylinders, with the automatic drain coping with condensate on an unattended line.
Fitted at the air inlet of a CNC machining centre or assembly cell, it conditions the supply feeding tool-change cylinders, clamps and air-blow nozzles, with the psi gauge giving the operator a visible setpoint check.
Start with the port step: 300 size takes 1/2 in ports, and the right size depends on the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Choose the drain to suit the installation: automatic drain (this model) suits unmanned or hard-to-reach positions, manual drain suits attended stations, and differential-pressure drain is the default. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify the 5 um (W) element where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge (as fitted here), with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (this model) as order options; a mounting bracket is included on this configuration.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this 1/2 in NPT configuration before you order.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it - useful for unmanned or awkward-to-reach installations. The same 300-size filter regulator is also available with a manual drain or the default differential-pressure drain; note the regulation range differs by drain type (0.15-0.9 MPa for automatic and differential-pressure, 0.05-0.9 MPa for manual).
