The AirTAC GFR300C15AF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This unit is built with a NPT1/2 port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate on its own, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and the included mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G, NPT or PT threads, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feed clean, regulated air to the tool circuits and workpiece clamps of a CNC machining cell: the 5 um element screens fine particulate and water from the valves, while the regulator holds the set circuit pressure.
Supply filtered, regulated air to the pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from the bowl during continuous production runs.
Condition the air feeding spray guns at an automotive paint booth: the 5 um grade removes fine particulate and moisture while the regulator sets the atomising pressure demanded by the guns.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 to 1 inch ports, so match the port to the line and let the required flow confirm the size - we can check the flow curves against your demand before you order. On this unit the decodable choices are already set: a 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um, an automatic drain instead of differential-pressure or manual, a square gauge scaled in bar, an NPT thread where PT is standard and G is also available, and the bracket included. Regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the automatic drain. If you need a different drain, grade, gauge scale or thread, the same series carries it - tell us and we will confirm the right code.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this NPT1/2 unit is correctly sized for the job.
Code A means the bowl drain expels collected condensate automatically instead of waiting for a manual twist or a differential-pressure trigger. If you would rather have a manual or differential-pressure drain on this 300-size filter regulator, the same series offers both - ask us and we will confirm the right code.
