The AirTAC GFR300C15AF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15AF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one body. This configuration is a 300-size unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operation. It carries the finer 5 um filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a fitted reverse (check) valve, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in bar, and a mounting bracket. The standard regulator on this unit adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT to order, plus choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge and scale, and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application against the datasheet.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feeding spindle tool-change clamps and pallet clamps on a machining centre, with the 5 um element keeping water and fine particulate out of narrow clamp passages and the gauge giving operators a visible setting in bar.
Supplying stopper and diverter cylinders on a parcel-sortation line, where the fitted check valve holds the circuit if upstream air dips and the automatic drain copes with condensate on a line that runs through shifts unattended.
Regulating and filtering the compressed air supply to quarter-turn valve actuators on a plant skid, with the 1/2 in NPT port matching typical actuator supply piping and the square bar gauge letting technicians verify the set pressure at a glance.
The decodable choices on this family are real ones: step between sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; pick the drain - differential-pressure (the default), automatic as fitted here, or manual; choose the 40 um standard element or the 5 um W grade fitted on this unit; set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar; and order PT (standard), G or NPT thread. A bracket is included on this unit. Note that the regulation range depends on drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without anyone opening the bowl - useful on lines that run unattended. GFR300 units can also be ordered with the differential-pressure drain (the default) or a manual drain; note the regulation range differs slightly by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual.
