The AirTAC GFR300C15AJC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15AJC2WGK is a filter regulator in the GFR300 series: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1/2 port, a 5 um filter element, an automatic drain, a metal bowl, a round gauge scaled in psi, a built-in check valve, and is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options for drain type, 5 um or 40 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT thread, and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to tool-clamp and pallet-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the 5 um element guarding fine pilot valves and the automatic drain clearing condensate between cycles.
Regulating air to pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a bottling or food packaging conveyor, where the automatic drain handles moisture through long production runs.
Supplying regulated air to pneumatic butterfly and ball valve actuators on a water-treatment skid, with the built-in check valve holding the downstream setting during supply dips.
Size and port set the air capacity: step up from 200 to 600 as your flow demand grows; this unit is the 300 frame with a G1/2 port. Choose the drain - differential-pressure (default), automatic as fitted here, or manual - noting the regulating range differs by drain type. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, as on this unit. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G or NPT as order options, and a bracket can be included or omitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and check the sizing against your demand before you order.
This configuration carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate without manual attention. The GFR300 is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure default. Note the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain and 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain.
