The AirTAC GFR300C15AJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15AJC2WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, the optional 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); no mounting bracket is included and no reverse (check) valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family comes in four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in and thread options PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT; drains are offered as differential-pressure, automatic or manual, and the filter element as 40 um standard or 5 um. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet flow data for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a CNC milling cell: the 5 um element keeps particulate out of directional valves, and the round psi gauge lets setters dial in clamp pressure at the manifold.
Feeds diverters, sealers and pushers on a carton packaging line, where the automatic drain clears condensate during continuous shifts without an operator stopping to bleed the bowl by hand.
Regulates supply to a pick-and-place robot's gripper circuit, holding a stable setpoint for repeatable part handling while the psi gauge gives a visible reference at the cell.
Size and port set the air capacity: this GFR300 carries a 1/2 in NPT port, so match the size step against the flow your circuit needs before moving up to the 400 or 600 sizes. The drain can be differential-pressure (standard), automatic (as fitted here) or manual; note that the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drains and widens to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a manual drain. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as on this unit. Gauges are an embedded square type as standard or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales; this model carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be specified. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve data for this 1/2 in unit before you order.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um element; the standard grade is 40 um. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer filtration, and 40 um for general duty. Both grades are available across the GFR300 range with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains.
