The AirTAC GFR300C15AJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15AJF3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body for compressed air. A 40 um element cleans the supply, and the standard regulator holds downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration is sized for a 1/2 in NPT port, collects condensate in a polycarbonate bowl that the automatic drain (code A) empties without manual attention, reads its set pressure on an embedded square gauge with a bar scale (code F3), and carries a fitted reverse/check valve (code K). No mounting bracket is included (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each unit can be ordered with a different drain type, a finer 5 um element (code W), MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application and we will send the datasheet.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the compressed air that feeds clamping and fixture cylinders on a machining centre, giving the clamping circuit filtered air at a set regulated pressure.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to stopper and diverter cylinders on a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate through continuous shifts.
Feeding pneumatic actuators on process valves at a water-treatment or chemical plant, where a set downstream pressure and a fitted check valve keep the actuator circuit stable.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: size 300 with its 1/2 in NPT port sits mid-range in the 200/300/400/600 line-up, so step up or down if your circuit needs a larger or smaller port. Pick the drain to match attendance: automatic (this unit) empties the bowl on its own, manual (code M) needs an operator, and the differential-pressure drain (no code) is the default. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard for general plant air, 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge scale is selectable as MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries the square gauge with a bar scale. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is optional and omitted here.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your operating pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Code A fits the automatic drain, which empties collected condensate from the bowl without anyone having to open it - useful on lines that run unattended. The same GFR300 in a 1/2 in port can be ordered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (no code) instead.
