The AirTAC GFR300C15AJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15AJNWT is a filter regulator in the GFR300 series: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is tapped NPT1/2 (1/2 in), uses the finer 5 um filter element (the standard grade is 40 um), and has an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without operator attention. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No pressure gauge is fitted on this variant and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, filter grade, thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), gauge and bracket option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a machining centre's solenoid valve manifold: the 5 um element helps protect the valves from particulate and the automatic drain deals with condensate during long cutting cycles.
Supplying regulated air to the cylinder-driven stops, pushers and lifters on a filling or packaging conveyor, where the automatic drain keeps moisture out of the circuit across continuous shifts.
Regulating supply pressure to the pneumatic clamp and gripper circuits of a robotic weld cell, holding a steady setpoint between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa so clamp force stays consistent part to part.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port - step up to 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow, or down to 200 for compact points of use. Drain choice matters: automatic (this unit) handles condensate on its own, manual needs operator attention, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 5 um here versus the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. Thread is NPT on this model; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Gauges (round or square, with MPa, psi or bar scales) and brackets are selectable on other variants. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your required flow and operating pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 300, 1/2 in unit suits your application before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted on this variant. The GFR family offers an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales, on other versions - ask us to quote the configuration that matches your panel.
