The AirTAC GFR300C15ALC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALC2WK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) PT-thread port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with an automatic drain, a round gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve and a metal bowl; a mounting bracket is included. It carries compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and bracket or no bracket. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application; the datasheet is available on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the clamping cylinders on a stamping press: the 5 um element protects the directional valve and the automatic drain clears condensate without operator attention.
Conditioning air for the diverters and stop gates on a bottling line - water and particulate removed ahead of the valves, with pressure held at the low setting the actuators require.
Supplying low-pressure regulated air to spray guns in a paint booth, where the 5 um grade helps keep the nozzle clean and the round psi gauge lets an operator set and read gun pressure directly.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: GFR runs 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and this 300 unit sits mid-range on a PT1/2 port - match the port to your piping and let us check the flow curve against your air demand before ordering. Filtration here is the finer 5 um grade (40 um is the standard); pick 5 um where downstream valves or tools need cleaner air. The automatic drain clears collected condensate on its own, while manual and differential-pressure drain variants are orderable if you prefer. The round gauge reads in psi; an embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. PT thread is standard on this model, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as specification options. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type: its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm the range with us. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact PT1/2, 5 um, low-pressure configuration before you order.
The automatic drain expels the condensate collected in the metal bowl without anyone having to open it, which suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations. The same GFR300 size is also orderable with a manual or a differential-pressure drain, and with the standard 40 um element, if that suits the point of use better.
