The AirTAC GFR300C15ALC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15ALC2WT is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built on the GFR300 size with 1/2 in NPT ports, a metal bowl with automatic drain, and the 5 um (W) filter element instead of the 40 um standard. It carries the low-pressure (L) regulator type, and an external round gauge with a psi scale is fitted so operators can read and set the downstream pressure directly. A mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for manual or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um standard or 5 um fine element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding spray guns on a finishing line. The 5 um element and automatic-drain bowl keep the supply to the guns tidy, while the round psi gauge lets the operator set and check the gun pressure at the booth.
Feed the cylinders and grippers on a carton-sealing or case-packing conveyor from one prep point. The filter-regulator cleans the supply and holds the downstream pressure the actuators were set up for, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Supply fixture clamps on a machining centre where the clamping circuit is held at a lower set pressure. The low-pressure regulator type, round psi gauge and included mounting bracket suit a panel-mounted drop next to the fixture.
Step through the real choices before ordering. Size: the GFR300 sits at the 1/2 in port step; sizes 200, 400 and 600 move down or up in port and body size, so match the step to your line's porting and expected flow. Drain: this unit has the automatic drain (A), which discharges collected condensate without daily attention; the family also offers manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) draining. Filtration: the 5 um (W) element here is the finer option against the 40 um standard. Regulator: this is the low-pressure (L) type - its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm your set pressure with us before ordering. Gauge: the fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives. Thread: NPT as ordered, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) available to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code means the bowl drains automatically, discharging collected condensate without anyone opening a valve by hand. If you prefer manual draining or the differential-pressure default, the GFR300 family offers those drain types as separate configurations.
