The AirTAC GFR300C15ALF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALF2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration carries a 1/2 in PT port, a metal bowl with an automatic drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square gauge with a psi scale is fitted, together with a reverse (check) valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type, 5 um filtration (code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), G or NPT thread, and an external round gauge in place of the embedded square one. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Air preparation for clamps and swing clamps on a machining fixture that runs at low regulated pressure: the filter keeps contaminant out of the clamp spools and seals while the regulator holds the working setting.
Feeding low-pressure cylinders and air-driven sealers on a packaging machine, where the automatic drain clears condensate from the bowl without an operator having to visit the panel.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to diverters, gates and stop cylinders on a conveyor or sorting line, with the check valve and included bracket simplifying installation at the machine.
Choices you can decode from this code: the 300 size steps up port and flow capacity from 200, here on a 1/2 in PT port; the automatic drain (A) handles collected condensate without manual attention; the 40 um element is the standard grade, with 5 um available as code W; the F2 gauge is the embedded square type with a psi scale; K adds the reverse (check) valve; and the mounting bracket is included. Thread is PT as the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. This is the low-pressure type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our data, so confirm it with us if your set point matters.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a number here. Ask us to check the curve against your required flow and line pressure before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and line pressure and we will confirm the curve data from the datasheet before you order.
The automatic drain ejects collected condensate from the metal bowl on its own, which suits panels and machines that run unattended. The family also offers manual and differential-pressure drain options if you prefer a different service routine.
