The AirTAC GFR300C15ALF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries G1/2 ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K) and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with options for differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Air flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and pressure control for clamping cylinders and air-operated valves on a fixture line that runs below standard shop pressure, where the low-pressure regulator type and the 5 um element keep the circuit clean and stable.
Point-of-use air treatment for wrapper and cartoner cylinders: water and fine particulate removed ahead of directional control valves, with the automatic drain clearing condensate during running shifts.
Filtered, regulated air for conveyor stopper and divertor cylinders on a bottling or canning line, with the reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Within the GFR series you choose the size (200, 300, 400 or 600 - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow), the drain type (differential-pressure as standard, or automatic or manual), the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with code W), the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread (PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options). This unit is already specified with the 5 um element, automatic drain, psi-scale square gauge, G thread, low-pressure regulator type and reverse/check valve. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
40 um is the standard grade for general plant air. The 5 um element suits downstream directional valves, actuators and instruments that are sensitive to finer particles. This unit is specified with the 5 um element; the 40 um grade is available across the same GFR family.
