The AirTAC GFR300C15ALF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for 1/2 in (NPT1/2) ports. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with the 5 um element (code W), an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, a mounting bracket included, and a metal bowl.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 series runs on compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the wider GFR range covers sizes 200 to 600 with a choice of drain types, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales and PT/G/NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, and the adjustment range of this low-pressure type is not listed on our sheet - ask us and we will confirm both from the datasheet before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaned and regulated air feed to the directional valves and clamping cylinders on a production fixture, with the 5 um element protecting valve spools from particulate and the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the supply.
Point-of-use air preparation ahead of the stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, where one body does the filtering and the pressure setting for the whole station.
Filtered, regulated supply to the tool-changer and coolant-valve actuators on a CNC machining centre, with the psi-scale square gauge giving operators a direct readout at the machine.
Match size and port to the flow your circuit needs: this unit is size 300 with 1/2 in NPT1/2 ports, and the other GFR sizes step the port and flow capacity up or down. Drain choice is differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) where finer particulate removal matters. Gauges are the embedded square gauge (this unit, psi scale) or an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A bracket is included here, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type is a decodable variant whose adjustment range we confirm on request. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will read the flow curve for this size and port from the datasheet and confirm it for you.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it - useful on lines that run unattended. The same GFR300 filter regulator in this size and port can also be ordered with a manual drain (M) or the differential-pressure default; tell us which suits your maintenance routine.
