The AirTAC GFR300C15ALF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALF3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 1/2 in (NPT1/2) unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with an automatic drain, a 40 um standard filter element, a metal bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi, bar), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and no-bracket or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from the metal bowl between shifts.
Conditioning the air supply to directional valves and gate cylinders on a conveyor sorting line, where the 40 um element helps keep dirt and water out of the valve spools.
Providing adjustable low-pressure air at a bench set-up station, with the bar-scaled square gauge giving the operator a direct pressure readout while tuning the circuit.
Choose the size by port and required flow: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, and the family steps through 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in across the 200-600 sizes. Drain options are automatic (fitted here), manual, or the differential-pressure default; the filter element is 40 um standard with a 5 um (W) option; the gauge is the embedded square type, scaled in bar on this model, with MPa or psi scales and an external round gauge available. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option, and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The automatic drain handles condensate collected in the metal bowl without manual attention. Manual and differential-pressure drain variants are available across the GFR range if your installation suits a different arrangement.
