The AirTAC GFR300C15ALF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a 1/2 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with an automatic drain, a metal bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 family is one of four sizes (200/300/400/600) and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual draining, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without bracket, gauge or reverse valve. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request - flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure-regulated air keeps clamp cylinders and swing clamps on a machining cell holding parts consistently; the 5 um element protects the clamping valves from particulate.
On a cartoning or filling line, the unit conditions the 1/2 in main feeding sealing jaws and pick-and-place cylinders, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit during shifts.
On a test bench or pilot rig needing clean, low set-point air to actuators and instrument valves, the regulator holds the low working pressure while the 5 um element keeps the circuit clean.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports) against the air demand of your circuit; this unit steps up to 1/2 in NPT. Pick the drain: automatic (this unit) empties the bowl without attention, manual needs a routine drain, differential-pressure drains on a set pressure drop. Pick the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) for finer protection. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - bar here), thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), bracket and reverse valve complete the decode. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
Code W on this model specifies the 5 um element, which filters finer particulate than the 40 um standard element and suits downstream valves, cylinders and instruments that need cleaner air. Both grades are available in the GFR300 family if a later unit needs the coarser standard.
