The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJC2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This configuration is size 300 with a PT1/2 port, a 40 um filter element, and an automatic drain that vents collected condensate without manual attention. It is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, supplied with a round gauge reading in psi and without a mounting bracket (code J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices of differential-pressure, automatic or manual, an optional 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding directional valves and cylinder circuits on a packaging machine: the unit strips water and particles from the shop-air supply and holds a stable regulated setpoint, while the automatic drain clears condensate without an operator visit.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the clamp cylinders on a machining or assembly fixture, where the low-pressure regulator type lets the circuit run at a reduced set pressure and the psi gauge gives the operator a direct reading.
Regulating air to the stopper, divert and lift cylinders along a sorting or transfer conveyor, keeping actuation consistent across the line while the 40 um element protects the valves from particulate carryover.
Step up or down the size/port ladder against the air your circuit consumes: this unit is size 300 with a PT1/2 port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. The automatic drain (A) here handles condensate on its own; manual (M) and the default differential-pressure drain are the alternatives in the family. The 40 um element is the standard filtration grade, with 5 um available as code W where finer particle capture is needed. The low-pressure (L) type is the regulator variant intended for circuits set lower than the standard type covers - confirm its exact adjustment range with us. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are the other options. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options, and no mounting bracket is fitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to check the datasheet curves against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's air consumption and line pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 300, PT1/2 unit is correctly sized before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator variant, intended for circuits set lower than the standard type covers; its exact adjustment range is not quoted here, so confirm it with us. The A marks the automatic drain, which vents collected condensate on its own - the alternatives in the family are manual drain (M) and the default differential-pressure drain.
