The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/2 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC2K is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 1/2 in PT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type for applications that call for reduced regulated settings. It carries a round external gauge with a psi scale, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and ships without a mounting bracket. The metal bowl collects the separated water and dirt.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge styles and scales, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the supply to pneumatic clamp and hold cylinders on a packaging line. The automatic drain clears condensate between shifts and the 40 um element keeps seal dirt out of the clamp valves.
Supply filtered, reduced-pressure air to hold-down pads and spring-applied brakes on a belt conveyor transfer, where the low-pressure regulator type and built-in check valve suit circuits that must not back-feed.
Condition the plant air feeding quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a process skid: the metal bowl and automatic drain handle moisture at the point of use, and the psi-scale round gauge lets technicians set and verify actuator pressure directly.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Where this low-pressure type is selected, the exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm the working band with us as well. Drain choice matters: automatic (as fitted here) drains itself, manual requires operator attention, and differential-pressure is the catalogue default. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. The gauge here is the round external type on a psi scale; the embedded square gauge is standard and MPa, psi and bar scales are available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, and a mounting bracket can be added if this no-bracket configuration does not suit the installation.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the correct size and the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
The automatic drain expels the water and contaminant collected in the metal bowl by itself, without an operator opening a manual drain valve. It is the right choice where the unit is mounted in a position that is awkward to reach or where the line runs unattended. Manual and differential-pressure drains are available as alternative configurations in the same family.
