The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC2WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a regulated downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is fitted with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that discharges condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without manual attention, and a low-pressure regulator supplied with an external round gauge scaled in psi. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding carton-sealing and case-packing cylinders on a packaging line, holding a steady low set-point so jaw and clamp actuators repeat the same stroke cycle after cycle.
Condition the air feeding paint spray guns in a finishing booth: the 5 um element strips water and particulate while the low-pressure regulator holds the gentle setting the gun expects at the nozzle.
Feed guide rails and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor with filtered, regulated air, and let the automatic drain clear condensate from the bowl through continuous shifts without operator attention.
Choose the size by the port and air demand of your line: this is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, and larger sizes carry greater flow. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, send us your demand and we will confirm the fit before you order. Drain options are differential-pressure (the default), automatic (fitted here) and manual; filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code (fitted here). Gauges are an embedded square gauge as standard or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is optional (not included on this model).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure, downstream set-point and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries the A code, so condensate is discharged from the bowl automatically. The family also offers a manual drain and the differential-pressure drain as the default: automatic suits unattended lines, manual suits sites that drain on a schedule. The 5 um element here is the finer published grade; 40 um is the standard option.
