The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJC3WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is built for 1/2 in NPT ports, carries the finer 5 um filter element, drains condensate automatically, and is the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar, and comes without a mounting bracket or reverse/check valve. The metal bowl collects the separated water; maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard element, embedded square gauges or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and G, NPT or PT threads. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clamp cylinders with filtered air held at a set low pressure. The 5 um element strips water and particles ahead of the clamp valves, and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the bowl without operator attention.
Sits in the supply line to spray guns, filtering the shop air and regulating it down to the lower working pressure the guns need. The automatic drain handles the moisture the bowl collects during a shift.
Regulates the air feeding small pick-and-place and diverting cylinders on a packaging conveyor. The 5 um grade protects downstream valve spools, and the bar gauge lets the line technician read the set point at a glance.
Pick the size by the port and flow step: sizes 200 to 600 map to ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and this 300 unit sits at 1/2 in NPT. Drain choice matters: automatic (this unit) discharges condensate without attention, manual needs a periodic twist, and the default differential-pressure drain works off the pressure drop across the element. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer option against the 40 um standard. The round gauge here reads in bar; an embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales are the alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and this unit omits the mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and check the sizing for you on request, before you order.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is discharged without manual attention. The same GFR300 series is also available with a manual drain (code M) or the default differential-pressure drain (blank), so you can match the maintenance routine of your installation.
