The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series puts filtration and pressure regulation in one body: it strips water and particulate from compressed air, then regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This GFR300C15ALJF1T is a size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filtration element, a metal bowl fitted with an automatic drain that discharges condensate without operator attention, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type. A square pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operation, and this configuration carries no mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton or blister packaging line, where clean, dry air at a steady low pressure keeps clamp force repeatable and keeps water carryover out of valve seals.
Supplying light-duty pneumatic presses and forming fixtures that run at reduced pressure, with the built-in filter stopping scale and pipe debris from scoring cylinder bores.
Air preparation for diverters, pushers and stop gates on a bottling or canning conveyor, where the automatic drain handles condensate from humid plant air without a technician visiting each station.
Step the size and port to the air demand: the GFR range runs 200, 300, 400 and 600, stepping up in port and capacity, and this size 300 unit carries a 1/2 in NPT port (PT is the standard thread, G and NPT are order options). Choose the drain to match the installation - automatic (fitted here) for unmanned points, manual where an operator controls discharge, or the differential-pressure default - and the element grade, 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. The low-pressure (L) regulator type is selected where the circuit works below the standard type's span; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the optional mounting bracket are also decodable choices. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm the curve against your demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries the automatic drain (code A), which discharges collected condensate without operator attention and suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations. Manual drain suits attended points where you want control over discharge, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. All three are orderable choices in the GFR300 series.
