The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJF2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built around the 300 size with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port, a 40 um standard filter element and an automatic drain that empties the metal bowl without manual attention. It is the low-pressure (L) type regulator and carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi; no mounting bracket is supplied and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or optional external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options in place of the standard PT, and bracket or no-bracket builds. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulated low-pressure air to the sealing jaws and small actuators of a carton-sealing machine, with the 40 um element keeping pipe scale and condensed water out of the downstream valves.
Feeding clamp cylinders on a machining fixture: the low-pressure regulator holds the working pressure the fixture was set up for, while the automatic drain empties the bowl without a manual walk-round.
Supplying air-knife nozzles that blow dust and droplets off bottles or parts on a conveyor line, with water and particulate removed upstream of the nozzles by the filter section.
The decodable choices in this series are real ones. Step up or down a size (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the air demand of the line - here the 300 size with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port. Choose the drain: automatic (this unit), manual, or the differential-pressure default; choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code. Gauges come as the embedded square type (this unit, psi scale) or an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is standard PT, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; brackets are optional and this unit is built without one. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, whose adjustment range is not published separately - confirm your set pressure with us. Flow for the GFR300 size is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your operating conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 size as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet before you order.
This unit is the L (low-pressure) type of the GFR300 series. AirTAC does not publish a separate adjustment range for the low-pressure build, so we do not state one, and the standard-range figures do not apply to it. Tell us the set pressure your circuit needs and we will confirm suitability from the datasheet.
