The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator - filtration (water and particulate removal) plus pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is a size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (grade W, against the 40 um standard) and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. It is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with a reverse (check) valve and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and it comes without a mounting bracket. The bowl on size 300 is polycarbonate (PC). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and offers manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge choice and scale, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, and the exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not in our published extract - ask us and we will confirm both from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to spray guns in a paint finishing booth, where the 5 um element strips water and particulate before air reaches the finish.
Feeding clean, regulated air to cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing condensate on lines that run unattended.
Regulating supply air for lab instruments and pilot-scale rigs that are specified for low-pressure operation rather than a standard regulator range.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in port sits mid-range in the GFR line (200/300/400/600); choose the size step by the air demand of your machine and we will check the published flow curve against it. This unit is decoded with the 5 um element (W) instead of the 40 um standard, an automatic drain instead of manual or differential-pressure, a square psi gauge, the low-pressure regulator type, a reverse (check) valve, and no bracket (bracket is included by default when the J code is absent). Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order. Because flow appears only as curves and the low-pressure regulation range is not published, confirm sizing and the range with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curve on request.
The GFR family offers three drains: differential-pressure (the default), automatic and manual. This unit is coded A for automatic, so condensate collected in the PC bowl is expelled without anyone opening the drain - useful on unattended lines. The 5 um element (code W) is the other upgrade over the 40 um standard on this model.
