The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJNWT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is built for low-pressure service, with a 5 um filtration element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a metal bowl, and a 1/2 in NPT port. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um or 5 um element, a gauge option, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp cylinders on a machining fixture, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the clamping circuit.
A 5 um element protecting sensitive instruments and test benches that need cleaner, low-pressure regulated air at a 1/2 in connection.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor diverters and packaging actuators, where the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle setpoint and the auto drain handles moisture.
Size and port step up from 200 to 600, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand; this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - specify the thread you need. Draining here is automatic; manual and differential-pressure versions exist if you prefer operator-controlled or load-proportional draining. The 5 um element suits air that must be cleaner than the 40 um standard; choose 40 um where general protection is enough. No gauge is fitted (code N); gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered separately. The regulator is the low-pressure type and its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us against your setpoint.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so we do not quote a flow number here. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application and flow requirement before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet for this exact model on request.
Correct. The N means no gauge is supplied with this unit. GFR units with a regulator can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - just specify the gauge and scale when ordering.
