The AirTAC GFR300C15ALJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, and the low-pressure regulator type. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a pressure gauge or mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the shop-air feed to a machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-changer cylinders, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from fine particulate.
Condition the air feeding grippers and pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging line; the automatic drain sheds collected condensate without a daily manual blow-down routine.
Serve a production cell whose actuators run at reduced pressure: the low-pressure regulator type lets the circuit be set below main-line pressure within the same filter-regulator body.
Size the unit by port and expected demand: this model is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, and larger sizes (400, 600) step up in port and flow capacity if your demand sits high on the curve. Drain type is a real choice - the automatic drain fitted here suits unattended installations, while manual and differential-pressure drains are available across the series. Filtration is 5 um on this unit (code W); the standard grade is 40 um where your downstream valves tolerate coarser air. Gauge, thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket options can be specified on other variants. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
This unit is ordered with gauge code N, so no gauge is fitted. G-series filter regulators are available with an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scale - ask us to quote the gauge-equipped variant if you want a local pressure indication.
