The AirTAC GFR300C15ALNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15ALNT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in the same body. This configuration has 1/2 in NPT ports, a polycarbonate bowl with automatic drain (code A), the standard 40 um filter element, and the L low-pressure regulator variant. No gauge is fitted (code N) and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to power clamps and fixtures on a machining cell; the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the clamp valves between cycles.
Supplies filtered, pressure-regulated air to spray guns and coating pumps on a paint line, with the 40 um element catching particulate before it reaches the finish.
Regulates supply pressure for cylinders driving diverters, pushers and grippers on a packaging conveyor, adjusted at the unit mounted on the line.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in port sits mid-range in the GFR line; step down to 200 for compact installations or up to 400/600 as flow demand grows - match the size against the flow curve, not a single rated figure. The automatic drain (code A) discharges collected condensate on its own; manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) versions exist if you prefer scheduled or load-linked draining. Filtration here is the standard 40 um element; choose code W for 5 um where finer particulate capture matters. This code carries no gauge and is the L low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published on the sheet we quote, so confirm it with us. Thread on this model is NPT; PT is the standard thread for the series and G (BSPP) is also an order option. The bracket is included; code J versions omit it.
Because flow is published as curves, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and inlet/outlet pressure conditions and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
Code A means the bowl discharges collected condensate automatically, so no one has to bleed the bowl by hand. The same unit is also offered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (no code); ask us and we will confirm availability for your size on request.
